Golden Nest Capital Management (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd was co-founded by Mr Tao TAO and Mr Ke XU in 2017, focusing on research and investment of listed stocks with close ties to China in global capital markets. Golden Nest Capital holds Type 9 Asset Management License issued by HK SFC and has three offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Chengdu. Formerly the company originated from Si Chuan Golden Nest Capital Management Co., Ltd.
Golden Nest Capital Management signed the conformity statement and became a signature member of SBAI in October 2021. This demonstrated our commitment to good practice and working with institutional investors to improve industry outcomes, efficiency and transparency.
